Reviews and Ratings
My stay here was quite disappointing. While the rooms are spacious, they are in desperate need of upgrading and the service was lacking. I encountered uncomfortable beds and unclean facilities. On the upside, there was a restaurant on-site, but the dining options were limited, and the staff seemed unfriendly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The motel has seen better days; while it has a lovely area and comfortable beds, it desperately needs an update in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Some aspects of my stay were quite enjoyable, especially the location for a quick weekend getaway, but the lack of maintenance and poor service left much to be desired.
I found this hotel to have a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for families. The rooms were spacious, and the location in Blackheath is a bonus, away from the bustling tourist spots. However, the dining experience was hit or miss, with the restaurant not always available and breakfast options limited. On the downside, the service at the restaurant left much to be desired, with inconsistent housekeeping throughout my stay.
I had a pleasant stay with my family at this resort, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms that were just a quick drive from Katoomba and major attractions. The kids loved the heated pool, and the breakfast was a highlight with its delicious options. However, I did experience some service issues during my stay, and the restaurant could enhance the dining experience.
